Surgical gown raw material is a new composite non-woven fabric formed by heating other non-woven fabrics at high temperature to form a uniform PE coating, which is then cooled and pressed to form a new composite non-woven fabric.We can use PE film to perform various composite treatments on other types of fabrics to obtain a new multi-layer composite non-woven fabric, such as hot melt adhesive composite, PE and ultrasonic SMS fabric composite, or PE+SMS fabric. Through composite treatment, two or three layers of fabric can be combined together to produce products with new special functions. These functions include high tensile strength, super hydrophilicity, high barrier, high resistance, and anti-leakage. The medical gown fabric we produce can be made into disposable surgical gowns.
· Composite non-woven fabric has superior and uniform air permeability, effectively isolates moisture, and discharges hot and humid air. It has an excellent handle, excellent tensile and elongation properties. · High-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) are used as raw materials, and polyethylene coating on polypropylene (PP) has excellent anti-static performance, which is permanent and can effectively release human electrostatic charges.
· PE composite nonwovens are dust-free, non-sticky, good barrier, high density, high strength, effective sterilization and bacteriostasis, providing effective protection for wearers. Good wash resistance, bending resistance, wear-resistance and other properties, resistance to cleaning times more than 100 times, high-temperature steam can reach 120 C;
