Conventional packaging usually includes the following steps and elements:
· Reel packaging: meltblown cloth is usually packaged in reel form, and each roll of cloth will be tightly rolled to ensure that it is flat and wrinkle-free.
· Protective film: Each roll of meltblown cloth will be wrapped with a protective film (such as PE film) to prevent the intrusion of dust, moisture and other contaminants.
· Paper core: There is usually a sturdy paper core in the center of the reel to maintain the shape of the reel and facilitate handling.
· Label: Each roll of meltblown cloth will be labeled with product specifications, batch number, production date and other relevant information for easy tracking and management.
· Outer packaging: The reel will be placed in a sturdy carton or plastic bag for additional protection. For large-volume orders, the reel may be placed on a pallet and secured with stretch film or strapping to facilitate forklift handling and loading and unloading.
