Polyester and spandex filaments are made of oil-free, yellowish, odorless raw materials, barring fluorescent ingredients, which meet the requirements of medical application products. The fabric ear loop has the characteristics of exceptional uniformity, excellent elasticity, wonderful tension and much less rebound. The ear lopop surface are lint free, none inflammation to the facial or skin, so it won't occur allergic reactions, etc..

Cycloidal packaging avoids the troubles of ear loop winding and knotting. Elastic Cord Bands Types

Our ear loops are divided into two types according to their diameters, round type and flat type. Most of them are white, but we also can produce light colors and different medical application colors.

Round ear loop	Mainly used for plain face masks , elongation can be 280%-290%, excellent in tensile strength, low rebound rate.
Flat ear loop	Mainly used for stereo face masks, diameter 3.2mm to 5.0mm, production customization can be made according to the width provided by customers.

Flat Elastic Ear Loop Description
Ear loop is made of crochet needle without any chemical material in it, the product has characteristics of softness, symmetry and uniformity.

1. Put the polyester yarm on the machine

2. Place the spandex yarm and pull the two groups of yarm to the head position

3. Adjust the tension of the clamp

4. Adjust the machine head device

5. Adjust the machine temperature according to the order and ear loop requirement

6. The products are packed in bags and put in warehouses
